A casting grid is a device used for casting metal that consists of a series of metal strips or tubes arranged in parallel. These metal strips or tubes have gaps between them that allow the molten metal to flow through and form a grid-like structure.

The manufacturing process of cast mesh usually includes the following steps:
1. Design and make molds: Design and make suitable molds according to product requirements.
2. Prepare materials: Select a suitable metal material and heat it to a molten state.
3. Casting: Molten metal is poured into a mold and allowed to fill the entire cavity by gravity or pressure.
4. Cool and solidify: Wait for the metal to cool and solidify into the desired shape and structure.
5. Separation and Cleaning: The solidified metal is removed from the mold and cleaned and trimmed.
Advantages of cast mesh include high strength, good breathability and reusability. It can be used to manufacture metal parts with complex shapes and can provide good surface quality and dimensional accuracy. However, the cost of manufacturing cast grids is high, and problems such as wear and deformation may occur during use, requiring maintenance and repair.
